Dr. Phillip Reynolds
“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” – Romans 5:8
After more than 30 years of pastoring churches throughout SC, NC, and MS, Dr. Reynolds is glad the Lord has brought him back close to home. He has been married to his wife Betsy for 39 years, and they have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. He enjoys exercising, hunting, and fishing. Dr. Reynolds is also very passionate about his men’s exercise group called F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, & Faith.
“The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song I will praise him.”
Lee is married to Renee and they have three children, and five beautiful grandchildren. He has been with First Baptist as Worship Leader since 2010.
“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Kathy is married to Ward and they have two children. Kathy has been the organist here at First Baptist since 1986.
“I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.”
Heather is married to Timmy and they have three children. Heather has been the pianist here at First Baptist since 2007.
Children/Youth Ministry Intern

Shelley has attended FBC Manning all of her life and accepted Jesus Christ at the age of 7 in this church. She is currently pursing a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and loves working with the children and youth and singing in the choir.
“For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:”

Criss has worked in church ministry since she was 16 years old as a pianist. She has served as music director and office manager. She attends Pinewood Baptist Church with her husband, Rev. Brian Gray, who serves as the pastor there. They have four children, three labs, and one cat.
“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
Kim is married to Chuck, and they have three children and one precious grandbaby. She has been the nursery worker since 2011.
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”
Franklin is married to Judy and they have 3 children, and 9 sweet grandchildren. He has been the churches Maintenance ‘crew’ since 2013.

Joe has two sons and has been First Baptist’s Custodian since 1987.
Carla Annette Canty

Annette has worked at FBC as the housekeeper since June 2017. She loves working here at FBC.
